What is StayCharted?

StayCharted converts a team’s previously categorized business records into private, task-specific classifiers. Teams can upload labeled support tickets, product catalogs, accounting entries or inspection photographs to teach the model familiar decisions. Before training, the platform checks examples for duplicate records, inconsistent labels and recognizable personal information. Predictions include confidence scores, allowing uncertain cases to be sent to people for review instead of automatically applying every decision. Depending on the plan, users can fill spreadsheets, use Google Sheets, connect through the API and add photo classification through Vision.
