Azure education access for qualifying students aged 13 to 17

The GitHub Student Developer Pack lists a Microsoft Azure educational offer specifically for students aged 13 through 17. The published benefit mentions access to selected cloud services, including application hosting and development infrastructure, with no credit card required for the applicable student offer. It is not a blanket Azure credit for all ages or a discount on every service. Students should confirm age requirements and which services are included when applying.
